The Buddha sat there for a while, then said to himself, "This money thing seems to be the biggest block to enlightenment. I wonder if I can get people to see the foolishness of it? But where to start... Pretty much all of society is heavily invested in the concept. Few can survive without it. Maybe I can find some followers who will agree to walk around with me with just a bowl and the clothes on their backs and ask for food in exchange for words of spiritual insight. We can live in the woods and share everything with each other. This will show the people that a good life is possible without wealth. And it will be good for general higher consciousness and everyone's karma.... (To be continued...)
